AN EVALUATION OF THE MARYLAND OYSTER SANCTUARIES November 16, 2010

With thestate puttting the new sanctuarys in to effect do you ever wonder how the current sanctuaries  are doing?The last survay the state did on the sanctuarys was in 2005.As you read this report you will find by their own admission these sanctuaries look the same as harvested bottom.We would like to know your feed back.So plase leave a comment and let us know what you think.

    The inside mouth of Trappe creek has been a sanctuary for ten years. There are not enough oysters there to make a pot of stew.
